  1. Website Purpose

This website is operated to introduce ZSZ Soap’s private label soap, OEM/ODM soap manufacturing support, product capabilities, packaging options, sample support, factory-backed services and related business information.

The website is mainly used for product display, company introduction and inquiry communication. It is not an online retail checkout platform.

  1. Business Information

The information on this website is provided for general reference only. Product descriptions, images, packaging examples, prices, MOQ, production time, shipping time and document support may vary depending on product type, formula, customization level, packaging requirements, order quantity and target market.

Final details must be confirmed through written communication, quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or other official order documents.

  1. Quotations and Prices

Prices shown on the website are reference ranges only and do not represent final binding offers.

Final quotation depends on factors such as product weight, formula, fragrance, color, shape, packaging material, printing method, mold requirements, order quantity, document requirements and shipping method.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, product prices usually do not include international freight, customs duties, import taxes or destination charges.

  1. Samples

We may provide free samples for certain existing products, while international shipping costs are usually paid by the customer.

Custom samples, special formulas, custom colors, custom fragrances, special packaging, new molds or packaging proofing may involve additional fees. Any sample-related costs will be confirmed before preparation.

  1. Customization

We support customization such as formula direction, scent, color, shape, weight, packaging, label, logo, box, wrapper and other private label requirements.

If a new mold is required, mold cost and mold usage terms will be confirmed separately. Custom mold fees and ownership or usage arrangements depend on the agreed project terms.

  1. Customer Artwork and Brand Materials

If you provide logos, trademarks, packaging designs, images, claims, barcodes, text or other brand materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them.

You are responsible for ensuring that your brand materials, product claims, labels and packaging content comply with the laws and regulations of your target market.

  1. Orders and Payment

For bulk orders, a deposit is usually required before production, and the balance is usually paid before shipment or cargo release.

Common payment terms may include 30%–50% deposit and balance before shipment. For first-time cooperation, custom packaging, custom molds, special customization or small-batch projects, a higher deposit may be required.

The final payment terms will be stated in the official quotation, proforma invoice or order agreement.

  1. Production and Inspection

Production time depends on product type, order quantity, formula, packaging complexity, material availability and customer confirmation speed.

After production, we may provide photos, videos or related production updates for confirmation. Customers may also arrange third-party inspection or on-site inspection when applicable.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping method, delivery term and freight cost will be confirmed according to customer needs. We may support express, air freight, sea freight, DDP, DAP, FOB, EXW or other agreed logistics methods.

Shipping time is an estimate only and may be affected by destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, holidays, force majeure or other factors beyond our control.

  1. Compliance and Documents

We may support document preparation according to product type, formula, packaging and target market requirements. Available documents may vary by product series, order requirements and destination market.

Customers are responsible for confirming local import, labeling, product claim, cosmetic, retail and sales compliance requirements in their own country or region.

  1. Confidentiality and Private Label Projects

Private label and OEM/ODM projects often involve customer brand information, packaging designs and commercial plans. We respect customer confidentiality and do not publicly display customer names, designs or project details without permission where confidentiality applies.

  1. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, layout, design and brand presentation, belongs to ZSZ Soap or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use website content for commercial purposes without permission.
